Keynotes and Presentations

At Methcon, we enjoy opportunities to get out into our communities and present on topics related to drug education. Some ways we do this are through:

Key Note Speaking

Our managing Director, Dale Kirk, is an experienced speaker and provides key note speaking at conferences and meetings. He expertly gives a broad overview of the problem of methamphetamine as it relates to the specific client, their business or organisation and the wider community.

Our Aim
To create a platform for understanding and strategising, while also providing meaningful information for assessing potential risks to the client, both from an HR perspective and bottom line profitability.

Please contact us if you would like to book Dale Kirk for a presentation.

‘Thank you for giving me the opportunity to attend the best seminar that I have attended since being with this organisation. It will certainly provide me with a good knowledge of what to look for, while doing my job. Top presenter, and will certainly be recommending others to attend his courses.’ - Alby Simpson

High School Education

MethCon Group provides education to secondary school students across New Zealand. This education is generally funded through Charitable Trusts, corporate sponsors or directly from the school. It is hard hitting, factual and aims to explain the nature and science of addiction.

Our Aim
To provide students and teachers with an understanding of what makes this drug so destructive, while giving them meaningful ‘tools’ to make their own appropriate, informed decisions relating to methamphetamine and other addictive drugs.

‘The best 4 hour presentation I've ever attended. The quality & content was very easy to understand, had high impact and kept my focus and interest. The balance between DVD/commentary & demo was great and the hand out material was excellent.’ - Debra Tutua

Community and Public Presentations

We can provide presentations to community and family groups which give a broad overview of the problem of methamphetamine as it relates to individuals, wider society and how as communities working together we can make a difference.

‘The visual presentation of videos, resources were excellent. I have been to a number of Drug & Alcohol seminars, and the content has always been around facts and figures, boring stuff! This presentation was informative, enlightening and definitely useful in terms of my role when visiting whanau in rural areas.’ - Sina Davis

Our Aim
To provide a level of community knowledge and understanding that can help reduce the risks and implications this drug brings to individuals, businesses and the communities we are all a part of.

If there is a particular seminar or training programme you would like to run, then please feel free to give us a call and we can make it happen.
